How long does it take for an order to ship?
Anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks depending on the item. There is processing time for each order, and the items are selected, prepared, and shipped according to your checkout preference. Some items are stocked domestically, and ship faster. Some come directly from international manufacturers.
What do I do If I have a damaged item?
Send an email with photos of the item immediately, and we can address the issue for you and reship/refund/return based on the situation.

What is your Refund Policy?
30 days from the day of receiving the delivery. Product must be returned in its original packaging, unworn, un-used and in new condition. Also, include your receipt for purchase.
